I am a faculty member and researcher specializing in food science, nutrition, and health, with a strong focus on the impact of food processing on nutritional quality and human health. My work integrates academic teaching, funded research, and technology-enabled learning to advance evidence-based education and applied research in food and health sciences.
I am actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, curriculum development, and research supervision, and I collaborate with academic and industry partners on projects related to functional foods, nutraceuticals, and health-oriented food systems.
