Proposed learning pathways
Food safety foundations
For students and new food-sector staff. Proposed modules cover hygiene and good manufacturing practices, hazard awareness, useful records and a scenario-based knowledge check. The intended outcome is the ability to recognize foundational controls and explain their purpose.
HACCP and food safety management
For learners with basic food safety knowledge. Proposed topics include process mapping, hazard-analysis decisions, monitoring, corrective action and verification. Case exercises would connect concepts to a defined process rather than offer a universal HACCP plan.
FSSC 22000 awareness and transition preparation
For quality teams and internal-audit learners. The planned pathway focuses on the structure of the scheme, checking current documents, organizing a gap review and creating an evidence-based action plan. It is not presented as an official licensed FSSC auditor course.
Research methods and evidence literacy
For students and early-career researchers. Proposed modules address a focused question, source selection, critical appraisal, study-design choices and responsible scientific communication.
Intended learning format
The technical plan distinguishes ordinary video lessons from interactive lessons with questions at selected timestamps. A production system must verify video pause and answer gates, persistent progress, assessment grading, accessibility and controlled enrollment before these features are offered to students.
Reading materials, downloadable exercises and explanations would accompany lessons. Each confirmed course must publish its instructor, prerequisites, learning outcomes, workload, assessment rules, access period, fee and applicable refund terms before enrollment opens.
Certificates and expectations
Any future course-completion certificate must describe the actual learning and assessment completed. It will not imply statutory licensing, a university degree or accredited organizational certification without verified authorization.
