Training topics

Designing a useful workshop

A training brief should identify the learners’ existing knowledge, the skill they need, the examples relevant to their work and how understanding will be checked. Sessions may combine explanations, case discussions, exercises and feedback. The agreed proposal will state delivery format, duration, materials, assessment and any attendance or completion record.

Trainer background

FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor Training (Version 5.1), with subsequent Version 7 Transition Training completed.

My academic background spans food science and technology, health management and clinical nutrition. The qualifications page explains the professional training record.

Training and certification are different

These are independent professional education topics. No approval as an official FSSC licensed training organization or accredited certification body is claimed. Any proposed certificate of attendance or completion must state its issuer and assessment basis; it is not a statutory professional licence or an organization’s food safety certification.

Online learning plans

The Learning Academy describes proposed self-paced learning pathways. Online enrollment, checkout and completion certificates are not currently operational. Please use the inquiry form to discuss a workshop or express interest in future courses.
